住房和城乡建设部部长倪虹表示，当前房地产的难点是资金，已会同金融监管总局来指导地方建立城市房地产的融资协调机制，按照一个项目一个方案提出项目白名单，一视同仁支持房地产企业合理的融资需求。到目前全国31个省份有312个地级及以上城市建立了这种协调机制。从上报的白名单项目看，达到了6000多个，在这些项目中有82%是民营企业和混合所有制企业的项目，截止到2月底已经通过商业银行审批的贷款超过了2000亿。
