  • 2021 年 12 月：美国商务部就把大疆创新科技有限公司列入贸易黑名单；美国再宣布将包括大疆创新科技有限公司在内的 8 家中国企业列入投资黑名单
  • 2023 年 4 月：美国得克萨斯州韦科市的联邦陪审团决定支持 Textron 公司的主张，判定大疆创新科技有限公司生产的无人机侵害了该公司两项专利，大疆创新科技有限公司须向该公司赔偿 2.79 亿美元（IT之家备注：当前约 20.3 亿元人民币）
